History of the Founder & Executive Director/CEO
Nwachukwu Chibuzo M. is both Founder & Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Supportive Associates (General Contracts & Services) and Supportive Associates International Training School Ltd.
He has a basic Technical/Mechanical Qualification (FCC) and is an HND/PGD graduate in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering, and has also attended other skill training programs.
He worked in government establishments NITEL & MTEL (Nigeria Mobile Communications Ltd) and a private company (Kenmentor Limited), gaining many years of working experience that helped him set up Supportive Associates in 2017.
With his passion and interest for service to humanity and capacity building/manpower development, he established and incorporated Supportive Associates International Training School Ltd in 2026.
He is an engineer by profession and practice but a teacher by passion and hobby. With his acquired practical skills from different trades and professions, he now renders a global mobile services provider to the world.
With the aid of his supportive management team and experts, we have currently trained and certified over sixty (60) experienced professionals in different fields of engineering and technical services.
Presently, the Executive Director is still a mentor to many people and establishments that seek his great experience and knowledge, and also a good teacher to all who cross his path, despite location and time.
Our purpose is simple: put a real, examinable construction skill in the hands of every willing Nigerian, wherever they live and whatever they can afford.
Engr. Samuel A. Ibitoye Spent Nineteen Years On Nigerian Sites Before He Ever Taught A Class. He Watched Talented Hands Turned Away From Work For One Reason: No Certificate, No Proof.
So He Loaded A Van With Tools And Started Teaching In Church Halls, Estates And Site Cabins. That Van Became Supportive Associate International Training School, And Mobile Delivery Is Still Our Signature.
