His Story
Nwachukwu Chibuzo M. is both the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Supportive Associates (General Contracts & Services) and Supportive Associates International Training School Ltd.
He received a basic technical education and graduated from a tertiary institution in 2000 as an engineer in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering, and has since attended a number of additional training programs.
He worked at several establishments, both government (Nigeria Mobile Communications Ltd) and private (Kenmentor Limited), gaining years of experience that helped him build the foundation for Supportive Associates.
Driven by his passion for service to humanity and for capacity building and manpower development, he established and incorporated Supportive Associates and Supportive Associates International Training School Ltd in 2017 and 2026, respectively.
He is an engineer by profession and practice, but a teacher by passion and hobby. Drawing on practical skills acquired across different trades and professions, he now provides mobile training services to people around the world.
With the support of his management team and experts, Supportive Associates has trained and certified over sixty (60) experienced professionals across various fields of engineering and technical services.
Today, the Executive Director remains a mentor to many individuals and organizations who seek his experience and knowledge, and a dedicated teacher to everyone who crosses his path, regardless of location or time.
Our purpose is simple: put a real, examinable construction skill in the hands of every willing Nigerian, wherever they live and whatever they can afford.
Engr. Samuel A. Ibitoye Spent Nineteen Years On Nigerian Sites Before He Ever Taught A Class. He Watched Talented Hands Turned Away From Work For One Reason: No Certificate, No Proof.
So He Loaded A Van With Tools And Started Teaching In Church Halls, Estates And Site Cabins. That Van Became Supportive Associate International Training School, And Mobile Delivery Is Still Our Signature.
